If you haven't tried goat meat before, it is a lean meat that is low in fat and colestrol, but rich in iron and other vitamins and minerals. Due to the leaness of the the meat it is best to cook it low and slow with lots of seasoning. It can be best discribed as a mix between wild game (i.e. deer) and beef. The meat is produced right here on our farm and processed and packaged by a license/certified butcher.
